1. All animals treated require a veterinary referral. Please complete the consent form below, and either have it faxed to the centre prior to attendance or bring it with you on your first appointment.

2. Payments (by debit or credit card, cheque or cash) are due on the day of the session or in advance for a course of sessions. Cheques should be payable to “Kennel and Paddock” and a receipted invoice will be supplied. Credit-card payments incur an additional 3% charge.

3. We accept that, on occasion, booked sessions may have to be cancelled by owners or indeed by Kennel & Paddock. In such circumstances and provided we are notified at least 24 hours in advance, we are unlikely to charge a cancellation fee. If you do not inform us in advance and fail to attend, then the session fee will be payable.
Kennel & Paddock will make all reasonable efforts to contact owners if an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled, but will not accept liability for any resulting loss or damages.

4. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. No animal with an infectious or contagious condition will be treated by physiotherapy or hydrotherapy.

5. If your bitch comes into season you must inform us, as she will be unable to attend any booked therapy sessions until her season is over.

6. It is important that you do not feed your dog for at least two hours prior to a booked hydrotherapy session.

7. Our site has facilities for dogs to be toileted, and owners must clear up after their dog and use the bin provided. It is the owner’s full responsibility to ensure their dog is fully toileted before attending their appointment for hydrotherapy. If the hydrotherapy pool is fouled, an additional charge of £25 will be made to allow for extra cleaning.

8. Please keep your dog on a collar and lead at all times. Although your dog may be generally well behaved with other animals, there could be injured animals on the premises that may be overwhelmed or hurt by normal friendly behaviour.

9. At Kennel & Paddock, we are committed to providing a highly professional and caring service and will maintain the highest water quality at all times (water-check documentation is available on request).

10. Car-parking facilities are provided adjacent to the centre, but Kennel & Paddock takes no responsibility for any damage or theft to your car or property, nor for any injury caused to persons or animals using the car park.

11. From time to time Kennel & Paddock would like to send you email updates. If you would prefer not to receive these updates please tick here: Your details will not be passed on to third parties.

12. At Kennel & Paddock, we like to be able to record the progress of our patients, and one of the ways to accurately do this is to take photographs and/or videos of their movements. This information may be used for training purposes.
If you would prefer pictures/videos not to be taken, please indicate by ticking the box:
